This list applies to Western + Swing Week, Southern Week and Northern Week 2017
• Classes and workshops take place Monday through Friday from 9:30am-1pm & 2pm-6pm. Jam sessions and song swaps are held from 7-8pm and evening dances begin at 8pm. Some shifts overlap with these times.
• Kitchen and dining hall workers must wear close-toed, non-slip shoes, long pants and have hair tied back. Please report to the kitchen on arrival, after you check in.
• If you don’t get a position, you are entitled to a full refund, if requested promptly.
KITCHEN & DINING HALL
Option 1: Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch Preparation ($300 discount)
Breakfast, brunch and lunch prep: Monday through Friday 7:30-8:30am and 11:30am-12:30pm. Saturday 8:30-10:00am. Shift may include dining hall set up & kitchen cleanup.
Option 2: Breakfast, Lunch, Brunch Cleanup ($300 discount)
Breakfast, lunch, and brunch cleanup: Monday through Friday 9:30-10:30am and 1:30-2:30pm. Saturday 11am-12pm.
Option 3: Dinner Preparation and Clean Up ($300 discount)
Dinner preparation and clean up: Sunday through Friday 5-6pm and 7-8pm.
Option 4: Dining Hall Cleanup ($425 discount)
Breakfast, lunch, brunch and dinner cleanup: Sunday through Friday 7-8pm. Monday through Friday 9:30-10:30am and 1:30-2:30pm. Saturday 11am-12pm.
Option 5: Late Night Snack ($365 discount)
Set out snack by 11pm, replenish as needed and clean up snack and dining hall when folks are finished. Sunday through Friday beginning at 11pm.
Option 6: Main Hall and Pavilion Crew ($365 discount)
Daily: Sweep, mop, pick up trash, move tables, benches and chairs, and help with final clean up last day, 2-5pm.
Option 7: Bunkhouse Crew ($300 discount)
Sweep bunk rooms and sweep, mop and resupply bathrooms daily. Also final cleanup 2-5pm last day
Option 8: Sauna ($365 discount)
Clean and fire sauna by 9:30 each night and tend as needed. Help with final clean up last day, 2-5pm.
